He has traveled abroad extensively developing his career as well as overseeing every aspect of the hotel and restaurant industry. Working previously with Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa as Director of Restaurants in 2003, Kevin has expanded his experience in the food and beverage industry by developing a high end wine business as well as serving as top wine expert in the industry over the past 6 years.

Kevin has created and opened fine dining restaurants, developed award-winning wine programs and educated thousands of food and beverage professionals throughout his career, leading his team with energetic and professional enthusiasm.
