From the moment my call was returned to my home so that reservations could be made to the moment that the nine of us walked through the doors was marvelous. The ambience was wonderful and the experience, while we always expect the best, was over and beyond.  We were greeted with smiles, our questions about the menu and suggestions were given with consideration and care. Nothing was taken for granted.  When we asked questions about the menu, questions were in turn asked of us, instead of the usual "Well I like..." 

We have each told others who are either considering coming to the Destin-Sandestin area or who come but have never had the experience of dining with you, about our experience and we have highly recommended your restaurant.

Over the past 15 years we have become "regulars" at Seagar's, more-so every year. Our experience with the restaurant has always been enjoyable; actually, we "judge" other restaurants, in our travels, by Seagars' standards. I have to admit that the "standard" is quite high, and very few even come close to offering the service, cuisine and presentation of meals we have enjoyed at Seagar's. 
I must say, while enjoying each and every year, the one constant has been the Executive Chef, Bruce McAdoo. His guidance has proven invaluable.  He patiently listens to our ideas, and offers innovative suggestions to perfect the event.  We have come to rely on his judgment, professionalism and appreciate the time and effort we know it takes to carry off a flawless event.

We are delighted that Kevin Moran has returned to Seagar's and enjoy all the familiar faces we have come to know over the years there at the restaurant.    Thank you for the superior service, investment in quality staff, Chef, cuisine and atmosphere, what an asset to our community.
