Our Steaks & SeafoodSeagar's steaks are truly a cut above. By serving only USDA prime, the highest designation of the eight grades given to beef by the U.S. government, we know we can exceed the highest expectations for a fine-dining experience. Our menu includes filet mignon, rib eye, porterhouse, New York strip, and steak Diane (prepared tableside), with a variety of preparations, including au poivre, topped with Maytag blue cheese and bacon and Oscar- or Rossini-style. Our steaks are accompanied by fresh seafood dishes influenced by international and seasonal selections, as well as the abundance of beautiful fish and shellfish in our Gulf waters. Seafood offerings included the Emerald Coast seafood martini, tuna tartare, live main lobster, Dover sole, Chilean sea bass and blackened tuna. |
